Just wanted to let everyone know that we are catching a few salmon on every am trip.  Not a lot but enought that we have been targeting them.

 

I am hoping that this fishing will get better as we move along this month

 

Maybe it is time to book that trip

     No Aaron did not catch this fish.  It is the first big salmon caught on a charter boat in Leland this season.  Maybe more of these great fish will be coming to our waters.

 

Lake trout continue to be the big catch.   We are still getting limits of trout on most trips.

What a couple of weeks.  We had another back to the boat tuesday and finished the rod holder project on the radar arch.  Really came out nice and will

give us that many more spots to put the extra rods

 

Had a couple of my regular customers come by and got to go fishing.  The first trip was a limit of lake trout and a nice king salmon.  Yesterday we had a limit of lake trout.  Lake trout fishing is starting out very strong.  All the trips from Leland this season have had limits of trout.

 

We also had dock and lift put in on the lake lot.  It has been busy

Well, we better be because our first trip is tomorrow.  There is still a lot to clean on the boat.  I will be taking the power washer to Leland today and try to get a lot of cleaning done on the outside.

 

Inside we will have to vaccum, wipe down, organize, and inventory.

 

The water tank has to be filled, rigs made ready, ice put in the cooler and off we will go.

 

Reports indicate there are a few brown trout being caught, but the lake trout have been hungry and available
